Offline Petitions to print:
Print out an offline petition. Please use the pdf petition if possible. An HTML petition is also available but may not have a consistent look, depending on your browser settings. The pdf version will yield a consistent look.
Make as many copies as you can fill, and feel free to distribute these to others for their help as well. If you already signed the online petition please do not sign this offline petition. Please use these to gather signatures at events or at the worksite, or from friends without computer access.
Each format should print out on one page. If you are having any problems, please email
here.
- Adobe pdf format Preferred version. Adobe Acrobat reader required
- HTML format IE 5.0+/Netscape 6.0+ for best results
Please do not unnecessarily delay in returning completed petition pages. After each event, or after you have completely finished gathering signatures, promptly mail original copies to:
